teaching her to drive

I need to teach my fiancee to drive. She just got her license somewhere early this year and i bought her a brand new myvi recently.

Problem is, when she's driving. She prone to hit everything within the corner and cant drive within the lane.

Example: When exiting the condo guard house. She almost hit the guard barricade. luckly i pulled the handbrake.
Example2: when taking corner, she cant budget the side and almost hit the roadside curb.
Example3: she drive like a snail on major road (20-40kmh)
Example4: when i say stop she press the accelerator even more (panicked)

any good advice how i can teach, eversince i bought the car for here, our relationship becomes bad coz everything she drive which makes my heartbeat stomp really fast. i yelled, shout her to brake, make tight corner, press accelerator firmly instead of step the hell out of it.

any advice?

should i ask her to go back to driving school and take personal class from the instructor?

need advice

Im currently working in IT line as network engineer. have a very good paycheque for ppl within my level and have very good exposure on the networking side aswell. All this while i love doing network eversince my study years in university.

The exposure i got here is very good considering im the only person handling the entire ISP kind of thing network. There is a good chance they promote me to Network Manager aswell coz initially they wanted to hire one but decided not to since they said im able to handle everything as for now and going to get subordinates for me.

Recently i got an offer from one GLC (oil Gas) but its on HR line. The title says executive (People Planning) which is under HR department. Considering stability and future on myself and family (soon), im thinking bout accepting their offer, but its not under my current line anymore.

I have this career plan of myself whereby i've set a myself to become a PTD officer but seems like i failed the examination 2 times. the reason that i wanted to be a PTD officer is because

1) its a gomen job
2) stability
3) chances of going to higher ranking gomen officer in (15 years time)

My dad is my role model as he started to work as PTD officer around 1976 and now he is the 2nd person in KDN and them (my parents) do enjoying the life or in other word live life to the fullest .

And seeing this opportunity to work with GLC, eventho is not PTD but it may have the same outcome as what my dad had now (stability and benefits to the family).

Im seeking for tertiary opinion from you guys.. should i grab this opportunity or not?

How to lose weight (unprofessional guide)

Hi,

i received lotsa emails on my inbox regarding how i managed to lose my weight up to 60 kg in 6 months... i actually wrote it on my blog but seems forumers still dont realy understand what im trying to explain there. I received an average of 2 emails eversince i made the reply a post on losing weight last week.

to be honest, the way i used to lose my weight based on the story i wrote herehere is not the most healthy way on doing it... and if u go to ur doctor or nutritionist, they will actually say ur not supposed to do this and that by my own way. but at that time, i was desperate. i want to get rid on my low self esteem personality due to my physical looks.

I was too desperate and then i came to a solution to undergo strict diet WITH exercise.

kindly read from the link posted above on how i did that.

BUT as i told you guys earlier, its not the healthy way of dieting and losing weight. i do actually lose my body mass and stuff (im not sure what else) but it makes me a little unbalanced health level.

a friend of mine came to me and ask my guidance @ university 4 months before i complete my studies there. she ask me how to do it without starvation and stuff, i reply...determination and discipline. and i was happy for her... she managed to get rid 20-25 kg in 3 months.

how?

----------------------------------------------------------

1st month

- cut down ur meal - from 3 times a day to 2 times a day / 2 times a day to once a day (still eating ur normal meal lar) make sure u didnt increase ur meal portion by cutting down ur meal intake per day. maintain it the way it was before

- drink lotsa water (i mean it..water, if u want something a lil bit with taste...go with tea WITHOUT sugar)

- NO SUGAR, NO CHOCS, NO SWEETS, and of course NO curi2 eating at night

- cater ur meal, if twice a day ..make it breakfast and somewhere between lunch and dinner around 4-5 pm perhaps so u wont starving at night

- EXERCISE, the crucial part where most ppl failed to do so... why is it important? because u want to get rid of ur fat by burning them.so u need to exercise. go for brisk walk or cycling. a leisure type exercise will do on the 1st month 4-6 times a week an hour each session

----------------------------------------------------------

2nd month

by following the above guide. u probably lose bout 3- 5 kg on ur first month

- cut down ur REAL meal by replacing it with low carb, non fat, non oily and etc meal (mean totally change ur way ofeating lar) the best is bread .. a lil bit wstern style (suggested meal, wholemeal bread, salad+all types of vege, potatoes, banana) ..try to avoid rice.... rice is a complex sugar (correct me if im wrong)..u can also use the meal replacement pack such as dietrim, appeton weight loss and so on (if u do use it...follow their instruction - usually one pack is about 4-6 weeks programs)

- EXERCISE, this time.. a lil bit extreme.. istead of brisk walk..go for jogg...instead of leisure cycling go for endurance cycling ( go cycling uphill the best way..sweat a lot plus i train ur muscle as well) 4-6 times a week an hour each session

-----------------------------------------------------------------

3rd month

by the end of 2nd month u can actually lose bout 10-15 kg total since the 1st month

-practically the same as 2nd month

u'll be suprised to lose bout 20 kg or more in 3 months....

---------------------------------------------------

4th months onwards...

try to eat small2 meal .cater ur meal...u can take rice or whatsoever ..do a little homework calculate ur daily calorie ouput and daily calorie input...

make sure input smaller than ouput...

maintain regular exercise 4-6 times a week 1 hour each session

--- pardon me for my broken english, if there's any...

enjoy a healthy lifestyle.... make the exercise as ur own hobby.

im not sure whether this is the healthy way or not...need some guide and comments from professional forumers who actually know how to give advice in this stuff
