poslaju sent wrong item

i ordered a rm300 phone from lelong. it arrived today , havent open it yet. seller told me poslaju sent wrong item, he said poslaju misplaced the slip and request me to send back the item. its a rm700 phone.. (seller told me the model, i google the price). ive been waiting for this phone for so long (the rm300 phone)..nt bcoz late ship, but this phone sold out so fast in lelong. now i need to wait again . but ..knowing this is a rm700 phone.. hmmmm...... shuld i send it back or what?

i bought an item from ebay about 2 months ago, exact date 15 aug 2013. ebay seller with 99.3% positive feedback and 14956 score (http://www.ebay.com/usr/filterplaza) . item is from hongkong, free shipping so they offer no tracking number (regular airmail). until now havent received it. i called local poslaju ,they ask either for tracking number or other reference number and what courier they r using to send the item . so i message the ebay seller, they said they offer free shipping and usually ship by regular airmail with no tracking number. but they gave me the address declared on the package to help the searching. so i call back poslaju , and said they really can't help if there is no tracking number. so what i hav to do now? i've bought many things from ebay before including item from china with no tracking num, this is the first time i didnt received my item. where is my item? lost? forgotten? stolen? zzzz

No internet after modification on tcp/ip settings

whenever i make a change to the tcp/ip settings in control panel (change dns, change ip), after clicking OK, my LAN connection turns to unidentified network. even after i change back to the default settings, i still can't back the connection. this not only happen when i change settings on the tcp/ip, after i install antivirus, vmware, i get yellow excalamation mark on the network icon in taskbar means no internet access. it seems that whatever changed made to the network,internet settings, it blocked the connections. how do i get back the connection?

php - updating textarea problem

i need to have the textarea default value so i cant leave it blank.

the problem is, when i change the default value to something else and click submit, it wont change to the new value. the default value stay the same. how come?

i managed to solved my pc problem - pc running but no signal on monitor. but im still wondering whether hw i solved it will not affect the pc in other way. wat i do is i removed one ram from the mobo. i got two. kvr and gddr. i removed the kvr. turn on the pc, and the 'no signal' problem is gone. all going smoothly. the question is, wat wil hapen if i dont put back in the kvr again?will it affect the pc in some other way? wats d difrence between those two ram? im kinda noob at this ram thingy >.<

organizing karaoke song

i have more than 20,000 karaoke song in my hard disk. but all the files are in numbered form(eg. 245654.dat , 54566.mpg ) not by the title of the song. how to organize it or sort it by title? do i have to open each song,see d title and change the file name one by one? is there any software for it?

i cant access my BIOS!!
when i turn on my pc, it say, press DEL to enter BIOS. i press DEL, nothing happen! i tried it many times od. i even tried with all the F key. didnt work oso. wth?
how eh?? is there any alternative way??

I have 1 pc and 1 laptop(just bought it few days ago..) the pc im having now already hav internet connection.. the question is, how do i share connection so my laptop can have internet connection at the same time? i already buy a switch.. PROLiNK PSW510 5-port.. im very noob and have zero knowledge on this and i hope sumone can help me.. =)
