Hi guys, can you advise me where to get 5.1 home entertainment system with wireless rear speakers ? I can tolerate decent sound for the wireless convenience. But I try to avoid sound bar or satelite system, because for future upgrade possibility.

Been comtemplating among many electrical shops but cannot find.

HU for 9th Gen Civic / Universal or OEM

Hi guys, kind of headache when want to change the HU for my coming 9th Honda Civic. I wish to use Kenwood or other branded 2 Din HU but the Acc Shop says have to cut wire in order to connect harness for the steering control. Worse is Honda is giving 5 years warranty, so I got to avoid they raise excuses to void the warranty by touching the HU wires.

If using OEM like recommended Motevo Kung Fu 2 Din HU then just plug and play, but I heard sound quality is not good comparing to branded one.

I will upgrade my HU with all front and rear speakers with 2 Amp, and 2 x 12' woofer. Alpine component speakers but amp and woofer are cap ayam and I only listen to mp3. So, will OEM matter the sound quality ?

All advices are appreciated especially those with Motevo installed.

Hi, dude harley owners. I am now contemplating for a harley bike, but I wonder why many bike shops keep discourging me from buying a harley. They told all sorts of problem like leakage, high maintenance, and over priced issue.

I guess they want to push me to buy their in hand Japs Bikes, not to say Japs Bikes are not good but I like to own a harley.

I need some neutral advice from harley owners, is the leaking problem serious ? Require thousands ringgit to repair or to service ? What about normal service ? Are HD easy to break down in here (due to humidity or heat) ?

Regarding overprice issue, how much you think a year 2000 ~ 2005 Road King is reasonable ? I see some selling 96' bike near RM90K, that is crazy.

I don't speed, I like easy riding and convoy long distance. I owned Japs Cruiser before, this time gonna hit American Cruiser. Hope you could enlighten me.

I am very disppointed that only the records within 1 year can be traced while I have up to 10 years of records needed to be managed. I google and found the same problem confronted by many Ipad / Iphone users. Reason may due to Apples want fast search result.

Hi all, I am thinking of buying an Ipad with 3G to make internet presentation for my clients, it includes java and youtube video clip. Having experienced the lagging performance in my 3G phone, wondering is Ipad also the same ? I wish the ipad machine would have different results.

Also, I understand Ipad does not support flash at the moment, I suppose HTML5 will be popular real soon....

I am wondering if I can buy a leasehold bumi lot apartment from 5th time auction ? The settlement date is only given 120 days but extension with interest can be given. My lawyer advises me not to buy due to too many complicated procedures which may not be completed within the settlement date given. Apart from that, no one could give me a clear idea whether I can buy it or not, so I need your advice who had this experience before.

My computer sounds abnormal "shh..... sound"

My new PC with sound card Asus dx & z5500 speakers sounds "shh......" whenever a sound is played. Even I restart it also same. I notice this problem occurs after I use my PC for a while, I am not sure but I think it has something to do with heat (overheat ?)

I encounter this problem again after restarting, but may become normal when restarting 3rd or 4th time. Anyone has this problem before ? Is it sound card driver problem ?

Where to repair Altec Lensing 885 In Penang ?

Can anybody tell where to repair my Altec Lensing 885 speaker in Penang ? The amp built in the woofer box auto cut after playing about 10 minutes, causing the death of woofer, but other 4 satelite speakers all o.k ! However, the woofer revives when I kick the box, but dead again after few minutes. If I blow it by fan to cool down may reward me few minutes more of bass.

My speakers are already 3 years, but I wish if someone could repair it.

Hai, all sifus. I am looking for sound card pairing logitech Z-5500. Preferably Asus brand. My computer sales assistant recommend me ASUS XONAR DX/XD/A. But it says it is best for gaming, how about movie ? Anybody using that ? Do you have other model to recommend ?

I don't need high end sound card, my previous Altec Lensing 885 with Audigy 2 already satisfied me, just a decent sound card will do.

Can Windows XP play dx10 new games ?

Hi guys, nowadays many games are using direct x 10, but I am still using XP as my OS. If I buy new games to install and disable dx10 feature, can I play it ?

Heard some say it cannot be installed fully or cannot initiate the game because of missing files.

Hello gurus, I am going to decide between gtx 275 and gtx 295 GPU, if I buy gtx 275 then I will sli it in future. From some sources seem gtx 275 sli is faster than gtx 295. But I don't understand the ram memory in both.

gtx 275 has 896mb while gtx 295 has 896mb x 2 = 1792mb. I understand gtx 275 sli will not double its ram, but will the ram figure matter ?

Currently I am using a 22" LCD, will upgrade to 24" when it is down in future. I mostly play RTS games and some FPS games. From the time being my resolution is 1680 x 1050 (Using very obsolute GPU), and I already satisfied.

How about memory interface ? gtx 275 has 448-bit and gtx 295 has 448-bit x 2 ? Does this matter for playing games ?

Hello everybody. I am going to build a new gaming and movie PC. But I wonder why my computer sales personnel said there is no need to buy a sound card for Logitech Z5500 5.1 sound system, he said only using the digital output from the motherboard will be sufficient for my gaming and movie experience. Is it true ?

My previousl speaker was Altec Lencing 885 and pairing with Audigy 2 in last 4 years. This Z5500 is supposed to be more heavier, it doesn't make sense to me that only the motherboard is enough.

Is it necessary to have 5 years warranty ?

I been wondering about the warranty offered by Harvey Norman. I tend to get a Toshiba notebook from Harvey Norman, and I was offered extended warranty up to 5 years (1 + 4 years) which the charges is cheaper and longer comparing to Toshiba extended warranty.

So I doubt the deal is fishy. Any one bought and sign up extended warranty from Harvey Norman ? Toshiba offers RM439 for 2nd & 3rd year, while Harney Norman gives RM285 for 4 years. My model is Satelite P406 PC fair price at RM1799.

Hi everyone, I wish to gather some general info about the character among different brands of laptops to decide the brand my laptop will be, before I go in depth survey. I am really lost of direction in the sea of laptop brands. My requirement is only web surfing, word processing, minor picture editing. Thru the reading in threads I only have the detail review of particular model, but first thing I need is to decide which brand to go into.

What I know now is only HP and Acer used to have problem issues, Dell has good service, Sony expensive.......correct me if I am wrong.
