I think this is good for those properties which is not walkable to MRT/LRT stations.
Meaning you don't really have to be right beside the stations to enjoy public transport.

If you are looking forward to get one, this video might shed some light on the third row sitting. I think it is similar to X-Trail 5+2. Probably a little bit more spacious I guess and accessing will be not that convenient too. Having said that it is a bonus having the third row.
and yeah there is Express Bus Aircond Vents at the third row!

Houses Facing T - Pls Share

Recently I found a Bungalow house that I and my family liked it very much.
Price,location,quality,built up ..all OK but the only downfall is it sits in a T junction.
Actually the main entrance (door) and the main gate does not face the junction but the other
60% of the house does face the T. It has been in the market for the past one year and so far no one dares to buy. The Developer is willing to give 10K Discount and additionally make a little bit of changes to the house so that it will be more Feng Shui “friendly”. Pressed for more discounts but failed.
The soon to be launch 2nd phase has a long list of potential buyers and the price is like extra 120K.
I am not a strong believer in Feng Shui but after going through numerous web page and forums, that
really made me spooked and therefore I have decided not to buy the property.

I know this topic has been discussed many2 times and it is a obvious No No No for a T house but what I truly love to hear that does anyone here live in a house facing a T, what is your house direction(N,S,SE..) and the kind of life you are going through and hey I don’t mind if you could share other peoples experience as well.

Coming very soon to our shores from Thailand.
If the price is right I think it will sell in tons.
It is a B segment car and it will rival Vios,City,Pug308 and Forte too.
Price? Hope it priced in the range of 80-90K anything more than this can say bye bye.

Expected to be launch in May and as for the Price no idea at all.
If it is below 69,999K for 1.6L I think it will sell well.
