After use it for about 2 month the player got problem and i sent them back to repair. Initially they said it will take about 2-3 weeks. After 2 weeks i call and they said wait next week. I wait untill week-4 and call them they said need 30 working days (means i have to wait longer) and the sales person hang up the phone even though i&#39;m still not finish talking to him. I&#39;m ok with their multiple excuse for dragging the time for the item to be fix but each time i call them, they will treat me like nothing. Talk rudely and hang up the phone while i still got question.
