Question on HR topics - Resignation

Dear HR seniors,

Just wonder, for resignation part. An example in form of case:

Let's say Employee A submitted his/her letter of resignation on 1st of September with notice prior of 3 months, and his or her last day should be on the 30th November if based on the counting without minus his/her AL/CL, whatever leaves he/she has.

BUT his/her employer have not submitted the letter of resignation for HR process with the intention to retain him/her in the company. Employee A has no intention to continue working but insist his/her last date is on 30th November.

So when 30th November arrive, Employee A left. Can employer sue her with Labour Law despite she already submitted the letter of resignation to his/her employer for process, but seems like his/her employer neglected the rules of resignation.

Please advise!

The Way We Were (Chinese: 16個夏天)

also known as 16 Summers is a 2014 Taiwanese romance drama produced by Ruby Lin[1] and directed by Hsu Fu-Hsiang (許富翔). It stars Lin, Weber Yang (楊一展), Tiffany Hsu, Melvin Sia and Jason Tsou (鄒承恩) as 5 friends who met in college in late-1990s Taipei. Drama narrates a love story that spans the summer of 1998 all the way to 2014. Synopsis

Dear seniors,

Just have a very tedious question here, I'm not a degree or diploma holder, basically my current managerial position today is based on what I have learned throughout these years, my experience, my communication skills etc etc.

And recently I have an intention where I want to strike higher than what I am today, so I'm applying for other job offers again.This time I'm trying out not just in local giant company but looking out for MNCs. Sounds like a newbie now.

But everything seems so hard. I hardly get phone call for interviews, even if I do, its all small companies. Is it because I dont have a diploma or degree that becomes a barrier for me to join really good MNC and international wide organisation?

I really wanna settle down with good company. :/

Questions about Chihuahua

Hello guys!

I just bought a pet Chi about 3months ago and approximately if by judging the timing my Chi was born, she should be around 5months old already. I was not given any birth date actually.

So then, my pet chi, claimed to be T-cup size, overgrown now. LOL but I dont really mind.

My question now is....

1. Why my Chi seems to consume less amount of kibbles and slower compared to like a month back? BTW, I just changed her dog food and she seems okay with it.

2. My Chi kept shaking her head and scratch her ears whenever she's out to play from her cage? I didnt notice any of those action before in her cage, and her ears seems to be slightly red than the other side.

3. One problem with her is that, she kept eating back her own poo (facepalm) how to prevent her from eating? I'm afraid that she might get worms in her stomach and yes, her stomach is very big now, not sure whether she is FAT or full of worms (facepalm) 2x

Going to take her to the vet but seems like all the vet is having holidays. GAWD. Any good and affordable vet to recommend in PJ area?

Just wondering if anyone experiencing bf actually puts Dota over you? Or fact is just that the gf is too demanding for his time, love, affection and yada yada yada...... 😢

And you know what,he actually quit his game for his previous ex-gf and now he said that he wont perform such stupidity act anymore. Am I being unreasonable? I dont stop him for playing but at least... le sighhh.... I just want his attention, to spend time together.
