[Dilemma] - Landed Property for Own Stay

Hi Guys,

Need all sifus to help me on deciding which SEMI D property has the best value for meself and family.
Since im gonna throw in my life savings on this property i hope you guys can shed some lights for meeeeeeee
i shortlisted those properties based on few criteria below, please correct me if i'm wrong to use those criteria

1. Security (G+G is a must), including surrounding area outside the housing area
2. Must be faraway from highway, im staying beside highway now and feel like dying
3. Less than 30KM from KL, toll or no toll doesnt matter
4. Low density of not more than 300.
5. Must have a lot of greens
6. Budget below RM 1.7M

Some of the properties that i have shortlisted

1. Sunway Eastwood (Alona unit), is my first choice but one of my uncle told me it's kinda dangerous at night cuz its located at seri kembangan and the place is quite new but i really like that place cuz it's sooooooooooooo quite and looks so comfy to stay in.

2. Kinrara Residence Palmiera, Budget around the same but my only concern is that the place is sooo packed with so much new development but my question is will the security be better than Sunway eastwood i mean surrounding areas.

3. Sierra 6, No comment only been there once. what are other plus point of this project?? anyone??
