Home loan advice needed

Hi, would like to seek some advise from fellow forumers on which bank loan I should take for my first property purchase.

1) Maybank (Flexi Loan or OD facility as mentioned by the banker)

Amount approved : RM150,000
Rate : BLR - 2.0%
Monthly repayment : No fixed amount, but must at least pay off the interest.
Tenure : 20 years
Each month to pay RM5 to maintain the account.
Daily rest

2) Public Bank (term loan)

Amount approved : RM140,000
Rate : BLR - 2.3%
Monthly repayment : RM762.00
Tenure : 25 years

Both loans have locked in period of 3 years.

Really appreciate the advice and views on which is a better offer. Thanks in advance!

External Hard Drive

My external hard disk (Buffalo MiniStation 500GB) keeps beeping when I plugged into my desktop computer. The problem started when I tried to copy a file to my desktop comp from my external hd, but it freezes so I pulled the usb cable out. Now my desktop comp can't detect the external hd and only gives a beeping sound. tried on few usb ports on the desktop comp but still can't.

The external hard disk works fine with other laptops. Vice versa, my desktop computer also able to read other external hd/pendrive. So I really don't know what is the problem.

Can anyone help? Your advise is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
