Hope you all are doing well.

I'm planning to buy my first property, value is 460k.
Currently earning 3.8k basic +550 fixed allowance.
OT depends if I happen to do then I can earn more.

The only commitment I have is ptptn 315/month. No credit cards, or car loans.

The problem is my salary just increased in July 2016. So only have one month payslip with new salary.

Am I eligible for this loan? I'm 25 this year btw. Just started working for 7 months now.

My baby can’t walk at 18 months

Hi fellow parents out there,

i have an 18 month boy who haven’t started walking yet. currently he can crawl and climb bed and furniture and is very active.
but he seems very comfortable crawling around the house and climbing up and down the sofa. He can stand by holding the furniture nearby him.

What I’m worried is why is he not walking? please help me..
What should it do?

Hi Lowyat forumers,

I need help with some career advice about how can i work in Australia?
i just completed my bachelors degree locally and plan to work in Australia.
The course i completed is a bachelors in business management (hone) in marketing, what are
the methods of entering the workforce there professionally?

I read quite a number of sites and immigration of Australia’s website and there are many ways that i can approach work
there such as applying for a working holiday visa or the temporary work (skilled) 457 visa. I have 4 years of working experience in
the advertising industry producing tv commercials and etc. i checked the (457 visa) and some of the jobs i participated before is there, hence I’m
eligible to apply.

Can someone with experience/information about this matter provide me more information such as :

1. Which visa should i apply for?
2. How to apply for jobs in Australia?
3. Should i fly there as a tourist and find?
4. How can i get a sponsor?
5. What do i need to go in there?
6 Do i need to study another course in Australia?

I’ll awaiting for your kind reply that will guide not me only but everyone who are interested in working there.

But it cant be used with celcom. meaning can i can use it as a normal phone.but it cant accept the Celcom BIS.

STUCKED IN THE LIF

Hi people,few minutes ago i was stucked in the lif in my office building in Solaris,Mont Kiara.
My office building is 3 stories high and has a lif system.so i was going down to have lunch downstairs the lift.
suddenly it stopped half way at the 1st floor and i was scared and didnt know what to do.
so i decided to call the police or fire department,but didn't have any line or coverage in the lif.
so what i did,i started pressing the bell and shouting help in the lif.
then luckily some people heard me and started to help me.
so they used crowbars to open the lif door and i was inside.
then they manage to open the door 5% then i was hard to open the door.
then i forced the door to open untill it broke.suddenly the management guy came and looked at us in a angry manner.
then he scolded me and asked me what im going to do some more. so i kept quite because i was in the lif.
so he opened the door and i manage to get out.then he look angry because we opened the lif with force and broke it.

In this matter who is the wrong.because the oxygen in the lif is limited and some people have phobia.
Please give some advice.what will you guys do if this type of thing happen.Serious talk only.

with my bike which is Yamaha FZ150.

i would like to ask whether such a thing is possible and could you guys give some tips for this journey.
Perhaps if anybody has done this before,please comment.
One more,my budjet is around rm1k ++
inclusive of food hotel and petrol.

YAMAHA YZF R15

i searching for a 150 cc bike,in my mind there are 3 choices,
1.Honda CBR150R
2.YAMAHA FZ150i
3.YAMAHA YZF R15

all of these bikes are 150cc
but im concern about the Yamaha YZF R15
the design looks great and a very powerful engine
The bike is already released in Thailand
so if i bike a CBR or FZ
i scared i make a wrong choice because suddenly if the Yamaha YZF R15 come out
then i regret
so anyone knows any news about the YAMAHA YZF R15
pls inform me.
