GA-Z68XP-UD3 vs ASRock's Extreme3 Gen3

Hi guys, if given a choice between Gigabyte's GA-Z68XP-UD3 and ASRock's Extreme3 Gen3, which mobo would do better OC-wise and warranty coverage-wise? Doing a 2500K build with SSD and I'm not that familiar with both Gigabyte and ASRock. AFAIK GA-Z68XP-UD3 is slightly more expensive. Would like to have your opinions . Thanks in advance!

[WTA] Rig buidling advice (RM3-3.5k)

Hi guys, I've been wanting to build a rig ever since my old 5 year old one died on me months back. I'm trying to settle for a budget between RM3-3.5k, which I've already come up with a rough spec (minus the monitor and speakers, they're still good). I intend to OC (although noob) and will also plan to got sli/crossfire in the future. Thought you guys could give your comments and advice. Appreciate the help!
