RAM contact problem

Hi

I got an old system, hvnt booted it up for years, when i did just now, i notice that the ram, is always giving problem...
move the casing a little and the RAM is no longer detected....

Can i use WD40 to clean the rams / gfx ? Will it damage anything?

Drivers for 8600GT

im currently using xfx 8600gt xxx version. I cant seem to find the best set of drivers for it. I was using the latest 162.18 version. This one seems problematic for me. I cant even play FEAR with all min. setting.

Changed to 158.19 i think this one was decent.. games was faster but sometimes i messed up gfx for games. Now using 158.22, i feel games r slightly jerky.

Wat would be the best drivers for my gfx card? Pls advice

PS3 PAL Version

Hi all, just wanna check, is there really and difference in the PAL PS3. I read that ps3 is a all region console. So playing games from all regions possible. But these games should be PAL ver?

Would the normal NTSC games run on it ? I will be getting mine soon from UK so i need to check all these first. Please advice. Thanks.

I know this sounds crazy, however, i have a notebook with a cracked LCD, and since its too expensive to replace them, i tot of gutting out all the parts and making it into a desktop.

Planning on making a custom casing for this. Is this possible ?
