has anyone bought and stayed in this area or apartment.

how is the environment and security in the area, i intended to buy for own stay and not for investment.

i also dont need other facilities except security and car park.

i have googled around but not review, feedback except many ppl selling this medium cost apartment arond 130K.

Vetting fees for loan agreement

I bought a house recently from developer and SNP agreement fees is borned by developer and i have to pay loan agreement fees on my own.

Both SNP agreement and Loan agreement are done by different lawyers.

Now the developer side called me and said i have to pay vetting fees to SNP agreement lawyer for loan agreement vetting.

is it true i should pay this fees?

do we need to pay extra to the contractor if we using our own modem. my cousin was charged extra RM50 for configuration of his modem
