Acer Aspire 5540 PROBLEM

My laptop Acer Aspire 5540 is having bootup problem now. When I switched on the laptop (pressing the power button), the screen display "Press <F2> to enter SETUP" and hang. I have no choice but to press the F2 KEY, the screen will now displya "enterung SETUP...." and stop.

I suspect it could be the CMOS problem, anybody know how to reset the CMOS ?

I need help and advice. Thank you.
