Hi guys and girls. I am looking to buy a new SUV. Main concern is to have best comfortable for my family, stable road experience (Eg. Least bounce when sitting on the rear seat. I tried sit on BMW X5 the back seat jump like hell) and safety. Personally like the Lexus RX 300 a lot. What do you guys think, is it worth it, or you have better option in this price range?

As part of MBA requirement, I am currently conducting my dissertation title “The impact of employee behavior towards “corporation brands” in Malaysia”. The purpose of this research was to conclude my findings, the factors influencing Malaysian employee's behavior and the impact on corporation brands. The research objective of my research were stated below:

Research Objective:
1) To identify the relationship of employee satisfaction and employee behaviors
2) To determine the affect on employee behaviors towards the working hour orientation
3) To examine the relationship of employee behavior towards consumers brand loyalty.

Briefing on Title:
In the modern era, a corporation brand could easily collapse overnight that affected by the internal and external factors(Eg. A bad review on the service/product of a organization might goes viral rapidly and compromise the organization's brand and so on). Thus maintaining the image of the organization was critically important. Today, I would like to examine the impact of an organization's employee behavior towards the organization brand together with the factors that influence the organization behavior.

I am looking for new smart tv to replace my old phillip LCD.. As my cabinet limitation, i am looking for 46~47 LED with small edge..Budget was rm6000

My main purpose was to play the upcoming ps4 game, watch blu-ray/1080p, 720p video../Sometime watch 3D movie, prefer some smart feature like play youtube video seamlessly

Recently i am in dilemma on deciding which tv to buy, so far interesting on Samsung 46F7500, but i am not sure if this tv set are good on gaming or not..
does any sifu or current owner have any feedback on this tv set?
