Speed trap camera at night

Hello everyone.

First of all, I hope this is the right place to ask the question.

If I am not mistaken currently speed trap cameras use infrared to capture number plates. So my question is, how efficient is the camera at night especially dealing with cars speeding at 180kmh and above?

A link would be great for reading. Thanks.

Help me to cool my video card more efficiently

Hi,

I wish to add more cooling to my video card which is a 8800gts 512mb. The card is still on its original cooler.

Are there any stuff/hardware I could use to add additional cooling to my video card without voiding the warranty?

It did occcur to me that I might be able to use a cable tie and tie a fan under the card blowing into the gpu fan. It sounds really stupid but do you think it will work?

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Water cooling is out of the question.

Thanks.
