Hi! I need recommendation for prepaid plan which has good coverage and hotspot in Seremban as I need to "work from home" in Seremban next week.

Previously, I used my Digi postpaid hotspot with my phone, the connection is really slow, the systems I need to use were loading supper slow and my boss could not hear me when I have voice call with my boss.

To prepare for this issue, I am going to get a MIFI to create a hotspot instead of my phone.

Does anyone have any recommendation of a good prepaid plan which can be used with MIFI especially in Seremban?

Thanks in advance.

Note: The area I am staying in Seremban does not have Unifi coverage.

Offer Letter

Hi all,

Just want to ask. It is possible for the potential employer to change their minds after issuing and giving the offer letter to the potential employee????

If I am not mistaken the job offer is only finalised (legally) if the potential employee accepts the job by signing the offer letter right???

So like the potential employee the employer could change their mind before the offer letter is sign... or even after the offer letter is signed (before the starting date of the new job)???

<WTB/WTF> Season Parking pass at 3 Two Square

Hiya!

I just started working at Wisma Academy at Section 19, PJ and I could not get a reasonably priced parking nearby The Parking rate at Wisma Academy as a Visitor is RM2.00 per hour with no maximum cap and the season and reserved parking is fully booked and hard to come by I did park by the road side and I got saman

So I am just wondering as an alternative, is there anyone who can help me get the season parking pass at 3 Two Square, Section 19. I asked the Car Park Management office there and they won't let me get a season parking there because I am not working for one of their tenants Please do PM me if an arrangement can be made and we shall negotiate.

Or preferably is anyone or do you know anyone who is working at Wisma Academy who has a season parking or reserved parking there and is going to resign soon? If yes please PM me and we can try to negotiate.

Well I don't mind parking at a distance but I am a little bit worried about my safety because I tend to work late due to the nature of my work.
Anyways I hope someone here can help me out.

Thanks for reading this post.

WTA - About payslip

Hi. As you might be aware of, sometimes when we got for interviews, the HR personnel or interviewer may ask for our latest 2 months - 3 months payslip from the current or last company that we are working for.

From what I know the main purpose to ascertain the salary to be offered if the interview candidate is to be offered the position.

But then I am just wondering will any 'unpaid leave' deduction that appears in the payslip affect the candidate changes of being hired? Will the HR personnel take notice of these deductions and ask the reason?

Accounting Professional Subscription Fee

Hi I would like to ask, it is a normal practice of employers to help their accounting staff pay their yearly accounting professional subscription fee (example yearly subscription fees for MIA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA etc...)

Or does it depend on the company policy?

In your opinion, do you think employers should bear their employees professional fee (whether it is for the field of accounting, engineering, banking and etc)?
