help..PC wont boot

I have problem using my new 1*4GB DDR3 1333 RAM. When I slot in, and start up the PC, is ask for two setting.
1. Enter bios to change the date and time
2. By pass the setting

if i choose the 1st setting to update the setting. Once i save my pc won't boot up. In bios, the RAM is showing 4GB ram

if i choose the 2nd setting, it work find, but with the date and time is wrong. Under my computer properties is showing 4GB ram. Once i restart it won't boot up.

Before that I using 2 *2GB Ram, is working fine.

Here is my spec.
Mobo = Asus M4A78T-E
Processor = AMD x3 720
Windows 7 64bit
PSU 405W true power

Any idea what went wrong? Please help

I am looking for badminton court at PJ or Subang area that offer 1hour play time, with reasonable price. I have find most of the court play time is 2hour. Anyone know where got?
