New house promo after booking

Hello everyone. Would like to ask about new house promo after booking. I booked a unit in Semenyih end of December. At that time I was only offered 4% rebate.

Now I got to know that there is some sort of spin the wheel kind of rebate which begins at about 4k up to 13k on top of the 4% rebate.

I have not sign the Spa yet but I have signed the loan offer letter. Any chances of getting the new promo?

Can we sue parking operator?

Parked my vehicle in my office building which has autopay and couple of security guards. But based on the CCTV recording, 2 young males just walked in the building through the front door, took the lift and attempted to steal my vehicle.

They did not succeed but the damage is about rm3,000 and i gotta wait for 3 weeks. As usual, the parking operator/building management said parking is at users own risk bla bla bla.

Would it be possible to sue them? (just to ensure this doesn't happen again) (I have filed for insurance claim; lets see if that goes through).

Confusing Network Configuration

Hey, i have problem setting up a network in ma house..!
pls help me resolve it.

I need help on how to set it up, and the OS needed to set it up..!

This is what i have :
-Server
-PC 1
-PC 2
-Router
-Switch (5 Ports)
- 2 NIC and 1 Wireless Device
- 2 internet Connections

This is roughly what i wanted to do :

My server have 2 NIC. ( 2 LAN and 1 Wireless )

-Wireless will be connected to (Internet 1) - An Access Point
-First NIC will be connected to (Internet 2) - Router
-Second NIC will be connected to the 5 port switch (Uplink)

I would like to USE INTERNET 2 as a dedicated line only for the server (TO Download)

I would like to SHARE INTERNET 1 which is the wireless connection with PC 1 & PC 2
Through the SWITCH. Which the wireless device would be connected to the SERVER.

As the Switch have 5 ports, Both PC would take 2 each.

I would like to have some advise and suggestion before trying...
Because my switch havnt arrive..!!

hey there..

m gonna get a Core i5 750 CPU.
n using CM Hyper 212...

if i OC the cpu... to maybe 3.5++ GHZ..

will it be safe to use it daily mayb 12hours a day...

will it decrease the cpu life span.. as many said it do decrease the lifespan..
can someone claify this thing for me...
