Hey Guys and Gals,

I've got a serious issue of a clogged (or just leaking) pipe on my second-floor shower and it has affected my Plaster Ceiling on the ground floor. The house is not used right now so it's dry but I would like to rent it out soon and I need to fix this issue. Can anyone recommend a good contractor/plumber that can work on this with a reasonable price? Bonus if the same guy is able to conduct a paint job inside the house too.

The house is 2 story house at Putrajaya Presint 11.
