            <title>streamyx throttle utorrent helppp</title>

            <description>so frustrated with all this throttle tmnut is doing.. can someone help me with utorrent settings so it isnt so slow.. i&amp;#39;m currently with the 1mb package in subang area. for a 700mb movie, my kb/s is around 7kb then slowly it will move up to 40kb max then drop back again..and this is at 3am.. so the it is alot slower during day time.. does anyone know what is the settings for utorrent to avoid tmnut throttle? thx for reading..</description>
