Can't boot into Windows XP

Hello guys. Bear me with me as I try to explain my problem

Yesterday I was playing PES2011 on my desktop, and it was going OK until sometime my computer stopped and restarted. But after that it can't boot into Windows, it keeps going to the screen to boot into safe mode, last known config, etc. None of them worked. Oh and the text is in gibberish (i don't know how to explain, it's just that random characters got thrown into the text)

So my question is, could it be related to my graphics card? These past few days sometimes when I browse Youtube my PC will restart itself.

My specs:
C2D e7400
Asus P5QL Pro
2gb ocz ram
9800GT 512mb (driver 285.88, could it problem with this? i recently updated it)
XP Pro 32bit

Any input is greatly appreciated!

I am disconnected everyday at 7PM

I'm reposting this from the rant sink. Here goes:

Hi there, need some help.

Does anyone know why my connection starts blinking EVERY SINGLE DAY at EXACTLY 7PM?

This has been happening for months. My father called them and they just tell us to restart the modem so and sos. However a few days ago I got to access the internet for up to like 10PM and then the ADSL light blinks indefinitely. Though during that time I got disconnected a few times.

My connection is almost 98% fine during the day. It's just the nighttime when things start to go awry.

I'm on my Maxis BB right now if you're wondering, the ADSL light is still blinking!

Any inputs?
