MCO almost 1 month ... everyday at home stuck with wife no chance to go out ....

So, I am in a relationship with this college girl for the past 7 months (She is 21 and I’m 29)

Insurance claim after got into accident

So i got into an accident a month ago (some dude bang into my car from the back).

1) police report - both of us lodged a police report
2) meeting the sergeant - i went but that person didn't go

fast forward 1 month later which is today, i made a call there to collect the keputusan letter. I was told I need to see the sergeant again as the keputusan is not out

summary of today's discussion with the sergeant:-

1) he cannot issue the keputusan because the other party did not go and see him

2) the other party did not pay for the RM 300 saman because didn't see the sergeant

3) i asked for the other party phone number from the sergeant but sergeant say he cannot give

4) after a heated argument with the sergeant, the sergeant issued a keputusan stating the other party is at fault but his comment is that the other party didn't pay the RM 300, anything you discuss with your insurance agent see can claim or not ... If cannot claim he ask me to hire a lawyer (WTFFF?!?!?)

this got me so pissed. is it not the police responsibility to ensure both party involved in the accident need to see the sergeant?
seems like a loop hole, next time accident if it's my fault i'll just make a police report and NOT see the sergeant. that way i can get away with it

I'm still waiting response from my insurance agent. anyone of u guys been in such situation?
