PETALING JAYA: Tengku Azlan Sultan Abu Bakar mengumumkan peletakan jawatannya sebagai Ketua Bahagian Bersatu Temerloh berkuatkuasa serta-merta.

Dalam satu sidang media, bekas Ketua Umno Bahagian Jerantut itu mengumumkan beliau kembali ke pangkuan Umno dan menyerahkan borang keahlian parti melalui Bahagian Paya Besar.

“Borang itu diserahkan kepada Pengerusi Perhubungan Umno Pahang yang juga Menteri Besar, Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail,” katanya menurut laporan Umno Online.

Tengku Azlan berkata, beliau membuat keputusan untuk kembali ke pangkuan Umno kerana yakin dan percaya parti Melayu itu adalah parti yang menjadi tunjang kepada perjuangan orang Melayu dan Islam.

“Saya mengambil kesempatan pada petang ini untuk menyerahkan borang keahlian saya kepada Pengerusi Perhubungan Umno Negeri Pahang dan saya memilih untuk menjadi ahli Umno Bahagian Paya Besar.

“Saya juga mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih kepada Ahmad Tajuddin Sulaiman dan juga Bahagian Paya Besar atas kesudian menerima saya sebagai ahli Umno Bahagian Paya Besar,” katanya.

Tengku Azlan berkata, beliau menyokong penuh pendirian Menteri Besar selaku Ketua Umno Pahang dalam isu Perlembagaan baru-baru ini yang mana telah menimbulkan keresahan dalam kalangan rakyat.

“Sebagai rakyat Malaysia kita semestinya mempertahankan Perlembagaan negara tanpa mengira fahaman politik.

“Kita seharusnya mendukung demokrasi berparlimen dan juga Raja Berperlembagaan berdasarkan yang telah termaktub dalam Rukun Negara sesungguhnya Perlembagaan negara adalah sebuah institusi tertinggi dalam negara,” katanya.

Turut hadir dalam sidang media itu Naib Presiden Umno, Mohamed Khaled Nordin.

Anyone had experience in this so called treatment (Epidurolysis) to reduce chronic lower back pain?

Before someone asking,

I've done MRI to check the disk condition
I've done Physio
Not yet chiropractor
Already consume various type of medicines

and still i cant control the pain. If the pain come, it will hit badly on my daily routine such as riding motorbike to go work, perform desk work and etc.

Someone can share any experience before i undergo this small procedure on this coming Monday at Ampang Putri?

Need advice on the right exercise

Guys, need advice here.

Last two months i was diagnosed with a Degenerative Disk Disease (DDD) which my L4/L5 disk got bulged and the disk between it look a bit drain (blackish in MRI). So i've been stop going to gym for a month or two since doctor advise me to reduce my gym activities and mentioned only to do bench activities (no independent weight activities and of coz no deadlift or squat! ). Since then, im trying to find the right pattern to achieve overall body training but lack of knowledge (my search on google does not help me a lot) put an end to my quest.

Can anyone advice or guide me on the right exercise?

Hi guys. need advice here since i didn't found any thread related to my question. Long story short, i stop from going to gym for almost 9 month whereas before that i already joined BB almost 2 years. Now i'm making a come back but i'm not sure what is the right workout/exercise. When i google around and i stumble upon this workout comeback. The question am i in the right exercise for comeback?

I followed those exercise + Jog (for cardio and stamina) + HIIT in between rest day. If my workout schedule is not right.. please advice me as last time i hv sifu to teach me, now he already married and no longer into gym

Can relationships survive different political view

Hi guys.

Here is my story.

Last month i just engaged with my GF . Already couple for 5 years until recently we decided to get engaged. After a while, she begin to ask me whether i could accept her biggest weakness which is her political stand. I can say she was a hardcore BN supporters as she came from one of the BN stronghold state, Johor and her whole family is full time BN supporters while for my family also i can say hardcore PR supporters especially my dad.

As for me, i can accept both political views as long as it benefit for Malaysian. The 1st problem is my family. I know my dad very well, he will persuade anyone close to our family to join his action. A good example is my bro's in law, long a ago was BN supporters until my father met him and begin to talk about politic matters. At one time, i can felt the tense when we together with bro's in law sit in a group and start talking about politic stuff. Personally i dont like that situation as it create such tense which can turn into fight . Luckily my bro's in law accept very well and begin to understand gravity of the Malaysian situation( My father successfully turn them into PR zombie! ). Sometime i will interfere my father's conversation and deviate into another topic, which i am very tired to do all the time. I can accept if my father give his political speech to me for long hours as it become routine to me, but i dont want him to do that at anyone else especially my soon to be in law and my wife.

2nd problem is my GF political stand sometime i can say, beyond my understanding (fanatic) and she even racist to some races. I even seek advices among my friends and office mate, which their opinion sometime well.. definitely will turn down our relationship which i dont want it happen. I even google to seek others view in this matter and good example is Mary Matalin and James Carville case. Both are working with opposing parties in U.S yet manage to build good relationship. But their case is exceptional because both i believe have good understanding but in my case my GF is like forever permanent brain wash, cant totally accept some else POV.

I'm scared if one day especially on GE14 or any small GE around our area, things will turn into very tense moment which will bring into fight. I have to admit sometime i also stubborn (dont want to lose) to her, keep arguing and ended hang-up the phone .

So guys, any good opinions on my problem?

Choosing between two jobs

Hi guys.

I just graduated in electrical engineering(instrumentation) from one of IPTAs with second class upper result. Since then, i managed to secured two jobs from different companies with different specialization. Company A is doing industrial automation(non OnG related) which focus on DCS and company B is OnG construction.

The thing is, last year i had my internship in company A with 3 months period. For the 3 months period basically i learned all the work flows and are able to secured good knowledge especially in their DCS and instrument products. Furthermore, their work culture and environment for all levels are attracting me to join back the group.

While for the company B, i secured the job using my brother influence since my bro previously working as project manager at there. I have zero knowledge on what are they doing or their nature of business since they are focusing on constitutions for OnG. and the real challenge is my father always pursued me to join company B since my bro successfully building his carrier at that company. I already ask my bro what is their working culture and enviroment and they way he answer did not give me the same feeling i had on company A.

So guys what should i do and what options do i have ?
