im always been a windows xp user but recently i decided to upgrade to vista...but there are so many type of vista and i dunno which one to choose...

i know i need to choose the vista based on my needs but then im stuck between choosing home premium or ultimate...

can any experienced user explain the difference between both and recommend me which one to get pls...

anyone experience the same problem as mine??? the capacitor of my graphic card burst...three of the capacitor pecah...

the sound like mercun at first i tot is ppl playing mercun but then my pc suddenly shut down cannot on ady...

im currently taking this photography subject in my college and i needed to take a photo of a moving object, car for example.

the 1st photo should be car clear and background blur and the 2nd photo should be car blur background clear.

no matter how many times i try to take the photo both of them all clear. i cannot make the effect that my lecturer wants.

anyone can help? some of my friends say use low speed shutter and i dunno wad is that... pls help
