CD Player disc reading error

I have this old junk Eclipse CD8454 having disc reading error "INFO 3" when playing on some of my normal cd. But i like the sound that produced by this player and plan to send for service and repair. I suspect these error causes by lens dirty or damaged. Ok, my question is where is the place should i send for service and repair ? for those who are able to do these just PM the quote price and i will consider whether it's worth to it or not. Thanks!

Anyone here had heard this amp pair with component set before ? I had 1 of this amp and now run as sub amp.
Actually I wanna swap this amp to drive my comp set and current front speaker amp (Steg AQ 75.4) bridged and use it as a sub amp. My intention to do these is wanna heard different amp characteristics when pair with my comp set and feel kinda boring with current amp sound, it is advisable to do so ?

Anyone had chance to audit this HU before.
How was the SQ of this HU. Thinking of changing this HU from eclipse 3100, iszit worth to change it.
If compare with clarion DRX9255/EX/EXL, which one is the best in term of SQ.

Hello Gurus,

Is distribution block essential for ICE installation ?
I have 2 amps installed in my car without these item and the power cable is directly connect to battery.
The concern is it's look messy to me for the wiring and if I going to install it, is there any strengths and weaknesses for this kind of installation.
How much for these item ? If I intend to install and place to get it.

Recently I want to find an old school amp for my beloved speaker - Focal K2P and in my mind there are 2 amp are shortlisted which are Poweramper PA60 and PPI A600. I have a dilemma to choice from thiese 2 amp. Hope guru here can give reviews and comments on these2 amp so that i can make a right dicision. Thanks!

Wanna to ask sifus here, which wiring setting should set for DVC woofer. 2 ohm or 8 ohm. Which setting more toward to SQ, what is the different between these 2 setting. Hope sifus can enlighten. Thanks!

Dear All,

Because of conflicker issues, I have a problem to find out those computer has not install this patch yet in our company network. Even though, we have sms server installed and try to find the reporting from sms but unfortunately the figures showed are rough only and no details are showed which computer name are not installed.

Can someone here pls enlighten what is the best methods to scan through windows update in company network. Thanks!

I'm looking for budget AV receiver <1K and so far on my listed model are
Marantz SR301, Pioneer VSX-518 and Yamaha RX-V363. Need to get advise from here,
which one should i go for it. FYI, i will pair these AV receiver with my old bose 5.1 speaker.

Need Help: Problem with linksys WRT54G router.

I'm a maxis broadband user (ZTE Modem) currently running with aztech wireless router and it working fine. But after i change it to linksys WRT54G router and seem like having a connection problem. Even though its connected to the internet but connection speed is very very slow

ZTE modem setup : IP - 192.168.0.1
Aztech router setup : IP - 192.168.0.2
Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway - 192.168.0.1

With this setting, its working fine and i'm apply the same setting in the linksys WRT54G router
but i'm couldn't find where to put default gateway in the WRT54G router. Its seem like the connection
doesn't work without the default gateway.

Can sifu here help me to resolve this problem. Thanks!
