I've come across many network monitoring software from LYN but dont know which is the best and most user friendly with simple interface and free. Mind to recommend? Thx

Question: I want better fps for gaming at high res. Which should I upgrade? GC or Processor? Mobo and casing only can support single slot GC and up to athlon 5600.
