Details of the complaint :
I got fedup against the seller. I have given ample time for him to deliver the item for ONE MONTH, but still he gives me lame excuses.

anyway...here’s the chronology of event :-
May 18. Banked in RM80.00 for him as per the screenshot. He replied he post the next day.
May 20. Pm-ed him that i have not received the item. He told supplier no stock.
May 23,26,29 – pm-ed him that i have not received item. No reply for nearly a week. On 29th, replied me that he got into an accident. he says he passed the $$ to supplier and promise to refund if he cant deliver. (this was after i threatened to post to this forum against him.) i forgiven him and wish him well.
June 1st – he says he will sent my item by poslaju
June 7th – pm-ed him that i have not received the item
June 8th- he says he need a few more days.
June 11th – pmed him again. He says he is clearing all the backlog order and promise to deliver to me.
June 16th – pmed him again. He believes that he sent out the item to me. Blamed poslaju for being slow. Then he says he double confirm whether he got sent it or not
June 19th – pmed him again. I asked him to give me the poslaju tracking code or refund the money. Warned him that i will post to this forum
June 19th- he pmed me with one word “OK”
June 22nd , 25th – pmed him again about my delivery and poslaju tracking code. I gave him notice that i am cancelling the order and refund the money within 2 days or post to this forum No reply from him
June 26th – he pmed me – telling to “relax”
June 27th – pmed him again asking him to refund the money by 12am or i will post it to this forum. no reply from him.

so Encik Habib @ intune, I am disappointed with you. you say you are a "respected selller" at lowyat.net but yet you give empty promises to me. refund my money or deliver the item to me!!
and you can say what you want to say here!

yes! its the worlds cheapest notebook and its quite a talk among bloggers, forumers... some claimed its a hoax, scam, con...etc..etc.
