wifi problem help!

before this everything oke when i use this step at my home, but today i upgrade my os n i setting back my wifi with steps below

MANAGE CONNECTIONS

-From the phone's home screen , Go to Manage Connections >> Set Up Wi-Fi Network >> Scan for Networks.
Once the network is added successfully, Go to Manage Connections and Turn ON Wi-Fi connection...

everyting oke, name of my home wifi name appear beside telco name, but can't surf with it! very frust la...
normally i surf at home use BIS+wifi, now only can use BIS, quit slow... i know because when i off the the mobile network can't surf, before this no problem...

anybody know what really the problem???

may bold 9000 lcd screen suddenly got problem, have something like "rainbow color" line at the screen...
my phone is still under warranty from maxis, but when i send the phone at the maxis center klcc they still ask me for 150 for the phone to be fixed...
they said if no warranty they will charge 450, but because mine still under warranty so just 150... izit me be cheat by maxis???

i planing to go to indon or thailand for holiday...
sum1 told me that if i use my bis(digi) when at oversea(roaming) the charge will be very2 high! (izit rite? sum1 told me how much digi will charge plz)

so planing to buy prepaid sim card there..

so mayb sum1 that have experience use bis prepaid in this 2 country to write here what telco u use and how much they charge??

did it have to setting first?? all other function is ok...

very frustrating lor, sometime amoi wan to send pic but fail...

i'm use panasonic lumix fz7, but i always get noise n sometime blur pic, i'm newbie...

they said this camera have OIS, but why still blur?? (sory if noob question)

need advice what is the best setting for this camera? (normal daily taking pic)
