Xfi Titanium + Z5500

Hey there! I got a Creative X-Fi Titanium pro and a Logitech Z5500 speaker. I ALSO have a problem. I cant get them to work together perfectly. I tried:

1. Using analog connections, I get awesome bass and sound quality.But my left surround speaker keeps crackling when nothing is being played. Its bearable MOST of the time, but it can get quite annoying when you just want some quite time.

2. Using a optical connection, I get bad sound quality. Bass at max no where near as powered up as analog connection and the sound starts to break at 80% bass level. Also... at normal bass level/volume, the sound doesnt sound right. theres crackling IN the sound output itself.

Of course, when i say sound quality, i mean on the same song. I tried several songs. They're good quality mp3s, ripped them from CD at 198kbs myself....

Its a shame that i get bad sound output on the optical connection. I would think that running an optical connection would get me a nicer sound.

Can anyone help?

1080p games (?)

I know this might just a random rant, but you know, we brag about our big FULL HD lcd/plasma/projection TVs but did you ever notice that no games actually display 1080p?

So far, the only game (that I know of) that displays in 1080p is GT5 Prologue. Now, some people might say that 1080p vs 720p got no difference, but seriously, GT5 is THE most graphically beautiful game that I've played, bar none (well, on console atleast *shouts CRYSIS*). Maybe being displayed on 1080p is one of the reasons behind it?

So basically, what I'm asking is this: Are there ANY other games out there that display 1080p?

If you think that this post is a complete waste of time, then ignore it, but i'm just trying to find out how many people think this way too!
