hello everyone,

I'm planning to buy a house in Taman TTDI jaya. I know this taman ttdi jaya was once famous for the flooding that occurred before. is the flooding disaster still common here? how often does it happen? i've read that there are now Sirens to alarm residence if there is flooding coming but that still won't stop flooding but only would warn residence to prepare for the worst.
