wanna ask.. let say i hv a 9 yr car loan recently.. i plan to settle the loan after 1 yr by selling off the car.. but since RV not high so i stilll hv to pay back bank around 5k.. can i do monthly repayment or in a lump sum?

Restart loop before POST

Halo all forumer, i own a acer 5745g equipped wif core i7 720qm and gt330m. recently my lappy encounter a weird problem.
one night i leave my laptop in sleep mode for whole nite. the next day when i woke up i cant switch it on. the laptop keep on restart itself before POST even before anything appear on the screen. and it is looping non stop unless i unplug it from ac or force shutdown using power button. however, there is several times the laptop do boot successfully into windows. i try it by restart it several times and the problem didnt come back. but when i turn off the laptop for quite long time, the problem came back. sometimes it do boot until POST then restart for 1 time, then continue boot the os. i've tried clearing cmos, reflash bios, reformat, swap hdd, cdrom, memory, disable wifi card but still no luck. anyone encounter a similiar problem? any help would be much appreciated.

p/s: for time being, i suspect the mobo is failing. any1 know how much to replace the mobo? intel hm55 express.

recently i bought a pioneer gm5400t 2 channel amplifier & 2 pioneer 12" svc TSW307F.. the HU is sony cdx-gt670us..

as u can see here.. the amp output 125W x 2, 380W x 1 at 4 ohm & the sub hv 300rms.. the problem is can i

hook up both sub to tis amp? will there any cons & any malfuction may result? i dont want any ridiculous bass.. plz advice..
