Switch from Maxis to Digi

Hi all
If I want to switch from Maxis Supplement Line to Digi Smart Plan without changing my current number, can I just directly go to Digi center to change it?
Or want me go to Maxis center 1st before goin to Dgi center?

SGS2 failed to flash and unable to turn on now

Hi,
I am new SGS2 user and just bought it 1 month ago.

Just tried to root it today but it had failed.

I just knew i was wrong that not install Kies and direct flashing Litening ROM 6.1 using ODIN.

FAIL! was written on the ODIN and my SGS2 seem like not responding at all (even press the reboot button).
So, i remove the batt and store it back again to reboot my phone.

And here this image appear.

Till now this image still appear on my screen and I cant enter Home.

Then I did install Kies and thought it could recover everything but it not works.

Is there any method to solve this problem?

I am using IE and when I type www.youtube at address, a window popup and close the window automatically. The window below pop up and MUHAHAHA sound come out.

I don't have other internet browser.

i'm using K-Lite Codec Pack....
once i open my webcam in msn...the ffdshow video decoder icon will appear in toolbar...
i had opened my webcam for 3 times so it'll appear with 3 icons...(pic below)
i want to know how to close it...guys...need your help...

the problem came after my sister used my pc...i have no idea what she had done on my pc...
my desktop icons now have blue boxes behind them...
i want to use back the normal transparent text boxes for my desktop icons like before and i tried several ways to set it but no work....

i go to Display properties,background,and set a color from the color selector, nothing changes...

i go to appearance,advanced,desktop and change it there,still have transparent boxes, no color behind the text...

i go to Control Panel,System,Advanced,Performance/Setting,all are ticked...

guys...help...

halo everyone...
i'm not pro in comp...pls forgive if got any mistakes of terms o spellings...

Currently i'm using XFX GeForce 8600GT Fatality...
its been half of year i using it n now the problem occurs...
when i on my pc..nothing come out in my LCD screen n just can hear the sound of entering Windows...
this graphic card got 2 DVI out ports...i turn off my pc then change to second DVI port...after that i on my pc again n finally my LCD got respond...
i gonna change again to first DVi port n vice versa everytime i turn on o restart my pc...
