Restoring aluminum heatsink

Hello.
Was trying to remove some oxidizing marks on my heatsink. Used apple cider and didn't realize it reacts badly to aluminum.

1. Is there anyway to restore it?
2. If I can't restore it, can it still be used?

Xeon 3230 & Intel mobo D946GZIS

Hello.
I was doing some experiments in my old pc.
Managed to sourced for a cheap x3230 xeon cause I read it was compatible with an Intel socket 775. I installed it and turned on pc but only the fans starts. No motherboard beeping.

No issue if I used an old core2 cpu instead.
Currently my psu is 525w & using a gtx650.

Is this a case of low psu watt?

Hello.
Just wondering if anyone faced this problem.

I was doing spring cleaning on my motherboard.
Used Isopropyl Alcohol 99% on back portion of motherboard. where the soldering is.

Somehow it turned my motherboard white-ish.
I'm using LGA 1155 asus board.

Anyone faced the same problem before?

Recently my psu kaput. It works but internal fan not moving.

Instead of getting new one, i'm looking to get a new fan. I've seen on youtube can use soldering to to convert normal fan into 2 pin but i don't have a soldering iron.

any idea where to get the psu fan?
i need 120mm size.

Excercise & Loose Heart Valve

Hi,
I'm going to start gym this Sat.
Literally my first time of voluntarily wanting to work out and bulk out.

Does anyone have any experience or any LYN members with a loose heart valve?
It's not life threatening but I'm not suppose to do heavy exercises that will need me to breath harder.
So things like swimming, heavy weights

From what I've read, I can do cardio, but also curious to know what other I can do to build strength.
Want to lose the gut in my stomach and gain some muscles.

What's the workout regime I should adopt?

Just a quickie question...
I'm planning to jump on the SLI bandwagon (normal 2 way SLI), but still deciding on a good mobo to get.

Been thinking of getting the msi p7n platinum cause its very good value and I like the design of the board.

I read the speeds are 16x / 8x. Does that make a big difference when in SLI speeds?
