Vista not Recognizing WD Passport

I just bought my Western Digital Passport Essential from lowyat last 2 weeks.
It worked well with my vista at first.
i have all my datas in already.
then the last time it work i did not safely remove it because an error msg kept appearing stating my WD is still in use when i already closed everything.
the next time i plugged it in my computer, it doesn't even appear in My Computer.
My WD still has light when i plug it in.
I went to disk management and all those but my drive is not listed there.
i tried restarting with my WD plugged in and its still not working

then i tried using it with windows xp and it works perfectly fine.

PLS HELP ME T____T
