I am not sure whether I post in the correct threat. I just move into another house, I would like to switch my UNIFI from my old location to new location. Can I just make a call to UNIFI without goto the office to do that?

According to the news today in TheSun daily newspaper, Residential property price are expected to rise by an average 13% in 2011 over last year's numbers, according to a recent survey of 135 developers by Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association (Rehda) Malaysia.

Is that a really good news or it is a warning from government? I remember what being said in the movie 2012, when the government tell you everything is under control, it means they are actually losing the control. Kindly share your comments below.

CPU Usage Spike Up

Hi All,
I need your expertise on this.

I notice the process "System Process idle" often hit 99, and the CPU Usage meter is unstable, always hit above 80%. My mouse cursor lacking, and I can only open max 3 application at the same time. More than that, the whole system would hang and crush.

I have upgraded my Windows to latest Service Pack 3. I have tried my best to fix it, but still it remain the same. I have did disk defragmenter, check disk, antivirus full system scan, spyware scan, and clean up all temporarily files. I also turn off all the start up application.

Kindly advice, how I can fix it.
