Problem deposit $$ to bet365 thru debit card

i was trying to deposit some $$ to the famous betting website ''bet365'' with my public bank visa electron debit card, but problem occur when i try to confirm the deposit, saying that the ''transaction cannot be proccess'', when i ask the bet365, they say the bank deny it... and when i call the bank, they say everythings fine... anyone knows what seem to be the problem?? pls help!!

guys, i aply for mmu law course, my grade are all above the minimum requirement for the law course and i put all my hope and effort for it. but they tell me i FAIL for the aplication.... can anyone tell me any ways to make it successful back like 'rayuan'?? pls tell me wat method can i do to make it successful back... 128MB nVidia card
Intel 4965 card with bluetooth
webcam, mic, fingerprint reader

can anyone tell me where and how can i buy this notebook wif the cheapest cost??

does atc provided a 3+0 law programme without going overseas?? if got does both penang and kl campus have such programme??
cause my problem now is,
brickfield college prob-- stay plc, brick offer bad environment stay plc, and if private apartment, cost rm500 a room...
kdu-- the course fee is SO EXPENSIVE
MMU--clp not fully acredited......
atc--duno anything bout it.......

really hope tht guys can help me solve my dilemma..
