Stare at Boobs can Contribute Better Health

Washington, Jan 21 (ANI): In the world of great tits, males with brighter breasts have more resilient sperm, a new study says.

The first of its kind study found that birds’ ‘bling-bling’ plumage appears to act like a flashing billboard, and broadcasts the males’ reproductive superiority to females eager to produce offspring.

And thereafter, the poster finds an appreciative audience in female great tits, since snagging a male with high-quality sperm isn’t exactly a lark.

That’s in part because free radicals threaten sperm cells in many animals. Free radicals are groups of oxygen-activated atoms that can damage sperm cells, weakening their swimming ability, and are created by cells when stressed by pollution and other factors, reports National Geographic News.

Many animals’ bodies produce antioxidants that fight free radicals-including male great tits. The birds have an antioxidant called carotenoid that not only defends against free radicals but also gives their breast feathers a yellow hue.

Now, in the latest study, it has been shown that in males with more carotenoid, and thus more color, the sperm is better able to withstand a free radical onslaught.

To investigate whether more colorful great tits have more resilient sperm, study leader Fabrice Helfenstein, an evolutionary ecologist, and colleagues increased the parenting “workload” of 29 nesting pairs in Bern, Switzerland, in 2008.

A rather bizarre study carried out by German researchers suggests that staring at women’s breasts is good for men’s health and increases their life expectancy.

According to Dr. Karen Weatherby, a gerontologist and author of the study, gawking at women’s breasts is a healthy practice, almost at par with an intense exercise regime, that prolongs the lifespan of a man by five years.She added, “Just 10 minutes of staring at the charms of a well-endowed female, is roughly equivalent to a 30-minute aerobics work-out.”
A five-year research on 500 men
Researchers at three hospitals in Frankfurt, Germany did an in-depth analysis of 200 healthy males over a period of five years. Half the volunteers were instructed to ogle at the breasts of women daily, while the rest were told to refrain from doing so.

At the close of the study, the researchers noted that the men who stared at the breasts of females on a regular basis exhibited lower blood pressure, slower resting pulse rates and lesser episodes of coronary artery disease.

Sexual desire linked to better blood circulation
The researchers declared that sexual desire gives rise to better blood circulation that signifies an overall improved health.

Weatherby explained the concept stating, “Sexual excitement gets the heart pumping and improves blood circulation. There’s no question: Gazing at breasts makes men healthy.

“Our study indicates that engaging in this activity a few minutes daily cuts the risk of stroke and heart attack in half. We believe that by doing so consistently, the average man can extend his life four to five years.”

In addition, she also recommended that men over 40 should gaze at larger breasts daily for 10 minutes.

The German research is believed to be published in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Let Talk About eyeglasses or spectacles

I wear spectacle since form 1 till now.
I already bought more than 6 spectacles that worth overall up to RM3000+.

To me spectacle not important back then, just wear a cheap one (less fashionable) is ok...
But now, my desire seem a bit demanding....
I want to buy many spectacles that suite my clothes.

I kinda boring wearing same spectacle everyday.

I have try contact lens before but it really hard to maintain and wear it.....cuz i not the guy in to it.

So, i just google around last night and found out a very interesting spectacle....
It like lego....u can customize it, but sadly...the are no Malaysian seller yet...

PC Casing Problem

I has a custom made rig that consist of nvidia 9800gtx and other thing...
i currently use powerlogic casing, price is RM85.
But the casing is so small and my graphic card hardly suit in it...
and when i play game, my casing will become very hot...
so, what is the best way to rectify this problem?
should i buy a new casing or just install a bigger fan?
u all can suggest me what model or brand of fan or casing that i should buy...
but my budget is below RM300

Microsoft Command Line Interpreter

My PC had been effected by this damn worm (i don know is it really a worm, i only guest it since the "virus" logo is a "worm")

It has unable all my Antivirus and Even Kaspersky antivirus cannot detect it...
I try to do Online Scanning but this virus doesn't allow me to do so...
It has jammed my files include my document and games file...
My AVG antivirus also detect many tracking cookies, i think it from this virus...
I doesn't have any option left except formatting my PC.

Can any expert here help me?

P/S: I named this thread as the name of the virus cuz i think it will make other people effected with this virus can find the solution easily. I had google in the internet but cannot find up the best solution yet. This virus had cost my normal PC (powerful & fast) become slow and fragile like siput babi

Prevent The Conficker Worm

Tomorrow -- April 1 -- is D-Day for Conficker, as whatever nasty payload it's packing is currently set to activate. What happens come midnight is a mystery: Will it turn the millions of infected computers into spam-sending zombie robots? Or will it start capturing everything you type -- passwords, credit card numbers, etc. -- and send that information back to its masters?

No one knows, but we'll probably find out soon.

Or not. As Slate notes, Conficker is scheduled to go "live" on April 1, but whoever's controlling it could choose not to wreak havoc but instead do absolutely nothing, waiting for a time when there's less heat. They can do this because the way Conficker is designed is extremely clever: Rather than containing a list of specific, static instructions, Conficker reaches out to the web to receive updated marching orders via a huge list of websites it creates. Conficker.C -- the latest bad boy -- will start checking 50,000 different semi-randomly-generated sites a day looking for instructions, so there's no way to shut down all of them. If just one of those sites goes live with legitimate instructions, Conficker keeps on trucking.

Conficker's a nasty little worm that takes serious efforts to bypass your security defenses, but you aren't without some tools in your arsenal to protect yourself.

Your first step should be the tools you already have: Window UpdateWindows Update, to make sure your computer is fully patched, and your current antivirus software, to make sure anything that slips through the cracks is caught.

But if Conficker's already on your machine, it may bypass certain subsystems and updating Windows and your antivirus at this point may not work. If you are worried about anything being amiss -- try booting into Safe Mode, which Conficker prevents, to check -- you should run a specialized tool to get rid of Conficker.

Microsoft offers a web-based scanner (note that some users have reported it crashed their machines; I had no trouble with it), so you might try one of these downloadable options instead: Symantec's Conficker (aka Downadup) tool, Trend Micro's Cleanup Engine, or Malwarebytes. Conficker may prevent your machine from accessing any of these websites, so you may have to download these tools from a known non-infected computer if you need them. Follow the instructions given on each site to run them successfully. (Also note: None of these tools should harm your computer if you don't have Conficker.)

As a final safety note, all users -- whether they're worried about an infection or know for sure they're clean -- are also wise to make a full data backup today.

What won't work? Turning your PC off tonight and back on on April 2 will not protect you from the worm (sorry to the dozens of people who wrote me asking if this would do the trick). Temporarily disconnecting your computer from the web won't help if the malware is already on your machine -- it will simply activate once you connect again. Changing the date on your PC will likely have no helpful effect, either. And yes, Macs are immune this time out. Follow the above instructions to detect and remove the worm.
