err...guys..I have no idea of I post this in a correct or wrong section. Mode, if you think this is inappropriate, please delete this topic.

Can I create a thread to find someone and to get more info? Nothing to do with lowyat.net actually but I need to spread words to find this guy who supposed to pay some amount of service fee after he bang my car but he went MIA and avoiding my calls.

The only thing I have is only his car's picture and his phone number. (yeah..silly me not to get more details like IC/licence/address etc.)
