My friend got offer fr Mayland for secretary post. Is a construction company with 2.4k pay, location at Jalan Munshi Abdullah. Will be secretary to COO. To get to work she need to take STAR LRT reach bandaraya statjon and walk bout 10mins before reach office. Benefits there will be standard office benefits and she signed the LO about 2weeks ago.

However she got another call on tis week and went to an interview at Fuji Xerox for the post of secretary and get offered 2.5k, location at PJ, section 13. She owns a car, driving to work will not be a problem but parking there will be bit trouble. She will be department secretary. However the benefits offered is quite attractiove with 2mths contractual bonus, dental & eye treament coverage.

In terms of job prospects & future wise which will sound better. FYI she stayed at old klang road thus travel to PJ will be more convenience. But however her main concern will be more on job prospects. Do anyone know is Fuji Xerox a pure japanese company and did it practise japanese culture there?

What do your think? I had been called for an interview at a MNC company by the Vice President itself. But the AVP told me that i still need to go through the 2nd interiview at the HR side. However he told me i oledi pass his interview side means he interested in recruiting me. How high is the possibility i will be recruit?

Is there possibility HR side reject my application even though the Vice President itself interested in recruiting me? LYN forumer workin in HR dept opinion is highly appreciated. Thanks.

Let's discuss how much increment in current economy and environment only will your move to a new organisation. As beneftis is rather standard others then banking and oil & gas that provide better benefits but monetary do play an important role.

For me 20% increment from current pay. But not all new company willing to give it. Wat is yours?

Im asking on behalf of my fren tat she ask my opinion and im wondering how to advise her.

Currently she's working wif a MLM company located quite nearby her house. Job title is Product Exec cum PA. Benefits include 16days annual leave, 14days medical leave, staff purchase. She do not need to pay parking for my current job as there's many available parking space.

She get an offer from another company that offer me RM200 extra from my current pay. However the office is more far from her house and she need to pay parking for it. The post title they offer her is Exec cum PA to Managing Director. Benefits include 14days annual leave, 14 days medical leave. Anyway is quite standard benefits.

Do your will leave your current job just for the extra RM200 pay? Please advise. Thanks.

Currently i get 2 job offer. The 1st job scoope is more lik PA cum Admin. I will be reporting to Managing Director. During the interview from what i heard and ask the job scoope is preety easy enough and the best things is the Managing Director do not back to office often. Although he back he would only stay for around half a day. The company hv few subsidiries that include leisure, casino and providing finance to gov. The salary they offer me is only RM200 xtra from my current job.

The 2nd job is a foreign bank which the job scoope is checking the SLA of cheques since it's been outsource. However this job require me to stay late til 9pm at least 2 out of 5working days. This because the last reports that i need to check will only send by the outsource company at 9pm. However they able to offer RM400 xtra from my current job.

Can you all pls advise which job i should choose? i do understand choosing the 2nd job i need to commit by staying late and tis is long term commitment unless i request for transfer or i leave the job. DO the xtra RM200 worth for the staying late til 9pm? Please advise. Thanks.

I got offer from Citibank today for the post of Check Clearing Officer mainly the job scoope on checking the SLA of cheque clearing since it has been outsource to others company. They require me to work until 9pm at least 2 out of 5 working days.

Can anyone tell me how the environment working there? Isnt ok working there? How about citibank ppl? Is there many politic in the off? They no longer practice contractual bonus as b4. Besides that, the annual leave oso lesser then others bank. Only 18days. Please advise
