Hi everyone, Im a newbie here so Im hoping my intentions of opening this thread doesnt contradict any rules in lyn.

I want to get a bikini body in 45 days. I want to tone my body and such. ( no drastic measure, basically ).
I plan to do 5 days a week of jogging, squats, lunges, push ups, go on a low carb high protein diet.

Unfortunately, Im not in a financial state to afford a gym, thus ideas on non-gym workout would be fantabulous.

Also, Im interested in getting a sports bra for running.
However Im not sure which I should buy.
What is the difference between buying a sports bra from a lingerie brand ( Triumph) and sports brand ( Adidas ).

Does the price really define the quality?
Also, what should i look out for in search of a sports bra for maximum impact exercise(running)?

Pls include your suggestions and also prices.

Hello everyone

Im planning to get this and a lens filter next month as a gift.
I'm wondering if you guys would know how much is it retailing at now(wl the price go dwn next mth etc?),
& where can I go to get a really good deal.

Pls note down the price differences/quality differences etc,
because i'm not a DSLR enthusiast so i'm kinda clueless here.

But please provide me with accurate information/details,
from proper or knowledgeable Canon DSLR enthusiast/users.
( i dont want to be buying the wrong gift. haha. )
