Hi guys. My Xiaomi Piston gold colour bought nearly 10 years ago now finally dying with the left side no longer working with the wires exposed.

So now I'm looking for a replacement that have same quality and affordable price (sub RM 100 maybe).

I just bought Xiaomi Capsule Pro for like RM 30 and the build quality is really nice but somehow the sound couldn't quite match the old Piston even though in general it is pretty good.

Can you guys recommend a good one for me which also are original. Nowadays wanna shop for this headphones have to really be careful not to mistakenly bought a fake one.

All citizens should set their differences aside, and either push for a referendum, or sign a declaration to make Pokemon Go a no-go in Malaysia.

Girl's shirt for work? The HR said the men's shirt is out of stock currently so he just gave me a Girl's shirt with the company logo. And he wanted me to wear it everyday to work like the rest of my colleague here. The only difference is that they are wearing the correct one. Do you think it's acceptable? Would you wear it?

HR said the only difference is the logo and button placement. Everything else should be the same. Take a look at the photo below, does it look like it's a universal shirt to you? Or does it look like a Girl's shirt?

currently im in gomen. but contract only. but my department is quite unlucky coz got a boss like _____. basically when i entered, people from other department wondered how long i would last here coz actually there are many before me left already. current staff here also applied to change department but delayed to no end. they wanna change department only coz got permanent status as staff. if they quit they rugi gao2 so quitting is not an option to them. btw everyone here hated the boss coz the person treats the staff like they have no dignity. no matter how old u r, the boss treat u same. maybe u did everything good no error for a week, but once u make mistake, you'll be scolded like crazy in front of client and etc. staffs here age ranging from 25 to 40+. number of staffs here less than 15. and yes no one from other department would wanna be transferred here. (if i work good maybe can get permanent)

then i got another offer in private sector, as a trainee only rm1.8k salary for 1 yr contract. my friend is there actually but as executive and she said, the environment there is really good, multicultural and etc and she said definitely i suited there. she knows what i like and dislike coz we were classmates. but then she also oppose my idea of accepting the offer coz she said "why they (hr) wanna put you under trainee shceme? salary too little! not fair to u, stay where u r". (if i work good maybe can get exec)

meanwhile my family all want me to stay coz of the benefits offered by the gomen. got pensions la, medical la, loan la etc.

im so confused coz it seems like there's no guarantee i can change to other department. then i got offer from private sector, yay, but low salary. i dont mind but a lot of people i know say stay and hold on. but everyday i am so stressed going to work. not happy at all. ive been emotionally like this since May. been holding on ever since. im not performing well and this is not who i am.

seriously confusing.
