Start up business

Hi all, about to start up a business. Initially whole business idea and preparation were done by 2 founders. Me and my partner. 50% 50% shares and capital allocation.

As moving on, we realised that our business model will need more partners involve (due to overloaded of marketing survey or other preparation take place)

Therefore we decided to get at least 3 more partners in. As on today, we managed to get 1 partner (person A) in, now my scenario,

Me and my partner, want to hold 80% shares as start if person A in, reason because when another 2 new partners in we will then allocate another 10% for new partner (person B) and another 10% for another new partner (person C). Hence, we will foresee eventually our share will dilute to 60% as co-founder shares.

Nevertheless, put aside of Person B and C question first,

My now concern is, as the whole start up investment may cost appx RM50k, we suppose to split up the the investment amongst 3 person base on share proportion, me and my co-founder RM20k (40% each) each and person A RM10k (20%).

After some discussion, we decided to split on the investment cost on effort basis, instead of share allocation. As we been putting a lot of effort to do marketing survey and preparation as start. Hence, we are likely to split the cost equally as start which is RM16k each but partner A will still remain share of 20%. And thereafter any running cost involve will then split on share on basis.

My question, do you all have any better idea to solve my above matter to make it even fairness? I do not wish to have unnecessary dispute after the partner joined in.

Hi, my problem faced is whenever i login to desktop, there are 2 accounts 4 me to choose, administrator and "username" account, what i want is automatically login my username account instead of let me to choose both of them. Any expert here know how to disable this thing in window 7, home premium. Thank alot !
