Today I am feeling generous. and i wan to give you smtg aside from religious crap everyday.

When you start out your business, no matter what it is, it is important for you to find someone who can partner you. It doesn't matter if he is as capable or even more capable than you are, the two of you must have trust. Having someone work with you is invaluable to your life later on; if you are unavailable, he can sit in for you and make the vital decisions; if the times are bad, he can share the burden with you or at worst, share the losses.

When picking a partner, most of you at this point will likely pick your best/good friends who like the idea of a business. That in itself is a fatal flaw. Which is also why most partnerships always break down somewhere down the road and ruin lifelong friendships in the progress. You have to identify if your partner is equally as shrewd as you are, or if he is as visionary as you want him to be.

You should always categorize your business partners in 2 groups:

1) The 'Price' entrepreneur:
The Price entrepreneur is the kind of guy who functions strictly by the numbers book. Low cost, attractive prices, and target everybody. He is the margins guy, when things go wrong in a company, Marketing and R&D dept are the first to go. This type of entrepreneur will most likely start something like a grocery store, a restaurant, Subway franchise etc.

2) The 'Value' entrepreneur:
The Value entrepreneur, as the name suggests, is the type that sees value in the product that he offers, instead of just the cost of selling it. He is the type of guy who dares to sell a cup of coffee at 15rm and believes there will be people who love it. The kind of person who looks to start selling his own label or brand, from the bottom up. If a success, he's Steve Jobs. If a failure, he's insane.

So for those of you who are thinking of starting a business, just keep this in mind when looking for a partner. It can be incredibly frustrating when your partner does not see what you can envision, and it might just spell the end for your friendship if that happens.

last time masa tingkat 3, one of my classmates kena tangkap chit chat masa kelas, so the 6 feet india cikgu drag him out and samseng slap him 6/7 times.

This happened on the 13th of October - 16 yr old driver lost control over his car and crashed down in a lake far below the road.

He was unharmed from the accident, but his passenger, a 14 years old girl, was not that lucky: She couldn't release herself from the seatbelt and drowned in the car.

I cannot recall the last time something like that happened in politics or religion.

We live in a society absolutely dependent on science and technology and yet have cleverly arranged things so that almost no one understands science and technology. That's a clear prescription for disaster.

Science is much more than a body of knowledge. It is a way of thinking. This is central to its success. Science invites us to let the facts in, even when they don’t conform to our preconceptions. It counsels us to carry alternative hypotheses in our heads and see which ones best match the facts. It urges on us a fine balance between no-holds-barred openness to new ideas, however heretical, and the most rigorous skeptical scrutiny of everything — new ideas and established wisdom. We need wide appreciation of this kind of thinking. It works. It’s an essential tool for a democracy in an age of change. Our task is not just to train more scientists but also to deepen public understanding of science.
