Software or Hardware problem? Need help

I'm using a laptop more than 5 years old. Last night, suddenly happened, my laptop show signal that my laptop running out of battery. I checked the cable charger, it is well connected to my laptop. But the power show that there is no charging signal. After a few minutes later, my laptop off because of battery weak or empty. Then I tried to on my laptop again, the cable power didn't charge in power into my laptop. I thought my cable is spoilt. Then i shut down my laptop. But when the laptop was off, i noticed the power show charging signal.

At first i suspect it was a virus, I tried to log in as safe mode to see whether the same problem occured. Yet is still the same. So I don't think it was a virus. But maybe a hardware problem? What is happened to my laptop? Anyone can give me advice? Thanks in advance..

Cannot open C: D: drive

Afternoon all My friend have this weird problem. Everytime he open by double click his C: or D: drive, the dialog box said 'pls choose the program u wanbt to use to open this file' will come out. He asked me whether it is virus cause or not, but i'm not sure. Just wanna ask anybody if anyone experienced this kinda problem. Sorry if this post already come out before. Just peace everyone

How to delete specific address in my IE address ba

Hi, good afternoon all. The situation is like this. My boss in a company doesn't want his staff to surfing specific site. (e.g: mail.yahoo.com), so how can I delete the address that I type in the address bar, because I want to delete my track record. But I do not want to delete all the history in address bar. Just the specific address. I already delete my track in history (ctrl + h), but when I check my address bar, the address I type is still there. So, anyone knows how to do it? I more thing I forgot, we use internet explorer. Thanks in advance for ur time!

Ok, fast question here and i need some answer. I want to store ten strings of ten names list using array. Instead of using 'char name[10]' to store character, how can modify it to store ten strings of name? For example 'string name[10]', to store ten string of name inside the array? How can this be? Is this possible? Anybody can help? Thanks in advance!

Program missing from menu list

How to make it reappear? I don't know where it's gone. I deleted some of my files in the add remove program and this two things gone. How can I find it back? I know the files is still in my system, since I can run command the calculator. Anywhere, I don't know how to run command paint program, so I need to make it appear in my program menu adain. I cannot install it on my pc because it said that my os is not compatible. I'm using windows xp final user edition. Anybody knows whether this os not supported by sql server, or I'm the one don't know how to install? I only managed to install the client tools.

How to change my cpu current speed

I need help from your guys here. Ok, I used this
motherboard(click here),
and my processor is AMD Athlon XP 1.3 GHz. My problem is, the cpu processor supposed to display 1.3Ghz, but the speed is
already set by default, by my motherboard, and it's read the speed is 900MHz, wchich is not correct. I want to change it
to it's original speed, which is 1.3Ghz? But I don't know how to do this. I know that I must go to bios setting to change
the clock speed there. But how? I've tried to change the setting several times already, but i don't seem to get it right.
Anyone using this same board? Anyone can help me? Here is the current setting of my cpu clock setting:

CURRENT CPU temperature = 900MHz
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CPU/DRAM clock setting;
CPU Clock spread spectrum = Disabled
AGP Clock Spread Spectrum = Disabled
CPU Clock Setting = 100Mhz (can be set minimum from 100Mhz to maximum 300Mhz)
AGP Clock Setting = set to Auto (can be set to 50, 66-87, 90, 93, 95, 97, and 100)MHz
CPU ratio = set by default (can be set to X5, X5.5, X6, X6.5, X7, X7.7, X8, X8.5 until..maximum is X22)
DDR DRAM Clock = set By SPD (can be set to By SPD or Auto)
Current DDR Frequency is 166MHz

Problem setup WinXP Professional

Ok, here's the thing. I had installed WinXP in my pc long ago. Now I reformat it. Somehow, there's a problem to copy a file called driver.cab. When it came out, I'd try to retry copy the file, but it couldn't. So I decided to ignore the copy and continue with the installation. During the copying process, there was some file cannot be copy too. But when I tried to recopied, it works, except for the driver.cab. What is that file anywhere? Why it cannot be copy from the cd? I think my window got error because of this file that I'd ignored in the copying process. When I try to install the sound driver for my mobo, it asking me to insert a cd windowXP to get a file called ksuser.dll. But when I insert the cd, there is no file called ksuser. or maybe the installation cannot detect it. I know this file must be inside the cd somewhere, but I don't know where it is. Been trying to search the file using search, but couldn't find it. How can I find this file?
