Customs for importing gaming products?

I'm buying some Guitar Hero pedals and they're being shipped from China. Altogether they cost $45USD(yeah it was sorta weird how they were charging in US currency but w/e)
So they processed the payment and they're shipping it tomorrow, they said I'd get it within 7 business days.

I just want to know though how long it would take for it to go through customs if it would at all? It's only $45 but I've heard reports from people buying stuff from overseas that take forever to arrive. I was told if it costs less than RM500 it won't be taxed.
Is there anything anyone can say about this?

I connected to my WiFi thinking that the internet browser would use that, only to find out after surfing the internet RM10 was gone.
Is there a way to make the browser only use WiFi?

Those are the 3 closest banks to where I work, and I want to put my money in a place where no one can pick pocket or anything

I'm under 18 and I want a bank account where I have an ATM card and maybe even a debit card. My mom is able to sign any documents for ATM cards or anything.
I forgot where, but I saw at one place there was an account for under 18s where you can only withdraw RM200 everyday
The smallest limit I'd like is about RM500.

So I set it up and it works fine right now. But after a while, the wireless just dies out and you can only use the internet through wired connections.
The only way around this is to restart the router, and that isn't a good thing when you're in the middle of a 4 hour dungeon raid.

Has this got anything to do with idling or extra computers coming in to use the WiFi?

EDIT: IF YOU'RE TOO LAZY TO READ THE REST OF THE THREAD, THE ROUTER WAS MAGICALLY MADE NOT-SUCKY BY INSTALLING THE NEW FIRMWARE. GO DO THIS NOW.

I need help in buying an arcade stick

So like, after playing SF4 and Tekken 6, I realized that I can't play with the Xbox controller. I'd get the cheapass Hori EX Turbo whatever, but when I played SF4 at the arcade, I realized I play better on sticks.

So I've got two options that I've narrowed down, both used and are on the garage sales section:

One is that I buy the Hori Fighting Stick EX2 for RM150. I heard that this is okay, it's just that I have to mod it, and apparently I need soldering irons and whatever which I'm not fond of.

Secondly, I could buy the Madcatz SF4 Fightstick for RM250, fully Sanwa'd. It's RM100 more, but it looks cooler and the fact that it's already been modded attracts my attention. I also like the fact that the stick doesn't click.

So should I pay the extra RM100 for the Madcatz with Sanwa stick and buttons? Or should I stick with the Hori Fighting Stick EX2? It looks okay, but some people say the stick isn't so great.

Help with 5 bass strings

I have(I think) an Ibanex SR505 and I'm kinda new to this.
I haven't picked up my bass for a long time but I was inspired by Rock Band(ya rly) to do so, only to find the E string snap after a few days and the rest were badly rusted to begin with.

So, "trying" to play with the rusty strings, turning into a 4 stringed bass, I noticed that it clicked a lot(strings are loose?).
So, either way, I NEED to get new strings, I'm just wondering what would be the cheapest, best and tightest strings to get.
