70k-80k is it a good buy to get 2016 civic with <30k milleage? new cars I see Vios City and M2 but if I buy 2nd hand I can get a 2-3 year old civic. Thoughts or suggestions?

Okay my specs:

What happened was A few weeks ago I changed my mobo, PC ran for a few days, cant boot, format ad, ran for a few days, cant boot. Cant even format the drive from the PC(dunno why) so went to friend's house to format. took hdd home, tried to boot, no display on the monitor. Even after I changed back my mobo to the one up there no display would come out. Tested GPU on friend's PC, perfectly normal.

Advice needed thanks.

Well, I have installed my new mobo on tuesday, no problems when used from that day to this afternoon.
Just now, when I booted up my pc, it will always restart at welcome screen. this is not the 1st time, but the other time it ran fine after one time restart, just now restart non stop, after a blue screen of death.
What have I done other than installing a new mobo:
1. Installed new games
2. Installed an extra GB of value ram
3. Uninstalled nVidia's drivers(after installing ATI's)

Help! my 2 weeks holidays depends on this!

PS: just now one boot up showed a window saying: savedump.exe error, followed by a number of windows with unknown scribbles. Thanks in advanced gurus.

ok i bought my new k9a2 cf board today, for my 7850+ BE (Also new), I checked the cpu support at the website. It was there, kuma 7850+ yesterday.
So today I bought the stuff, I wanna download the bios, then suddenly its gone!!! WTF!!!!
How could this be? What should I do now??? ANywhere else I could get that bios?

Changing PSU fan

I'm pretty sure that I'm gonna change the fan of my PSU one day after reading so many other people's review on the PSU.
I'm kind of sure the 12cm fan can be replaced with a normal 12cm casing fan, like what that is shown here:

My GPU is a PNY 8800GTS 512.
I don't have the shop receipt(probably shop warranty over ady so it doesnt matter), but I read that you can still get warranty from the product's distributor if the stickers on your card is still there.
Anyone knows where is PNY's distribution center in Malaysia? Or is there one? I read the thread about where to find distributors but there aint a detail about PNY.
Preparing for the unthinkable..(maybe one day my card suddenly fails me )
