Registering a Wilayah plate no. in Sabah?

I'm wondering if its possible to register a Wilayah plate no. onto a new car in Sabah?
The plate no. is in the process of transferring name. But instead of registering in KL, I would like it to be register in Sabah for personal reason.

P/s: I'm confused whether I can REGISTER the Wilayah plate in Sabah, not drive.

Any R35 GTR owner here?

R35 GT-R Malaysian price?

I would like to know the price of the new Nissan R35 GT-R in Malaysia, since I'm from Sabah, I don't have much opportunity to check out the price of the resellers in KL.

I last saw its around RM 680k+, somemore is there a lot of R35 resellers in the KL area? I know Naza have a few, I saw a few ads in AutoTrader too.
Anyone know approximately what is the current resellers' price? I'm looking for a new JDM Black Version + Bose ICE as option.
