[WTA] Built-in oven

I've browse thru many forums including this one and didn't find necessary reviews regarding built-in ovens. Some thread are really old already so am not sure what latest options that I have. Most of the reviews I have found online are from overseas and the models might not be available here.

So, can any baking enthusiasts/housewifes share their experience and opinions with me regarding particular brands and models they have used before? Preferably one that is reliable (even heating) and last many years. I like to bake and will use it for roasting meat as well, looking into using it for baking mayb twice a week and preparing meals.

But I do have a tight budget, mayb I'm willing to pay abt 1500 or stretch to 2500 if it's a good unit. So far I heard Bosch is good, some salesmen recommend Electrolux which I'm a little skeptical. Anyone tried buying a display unit oven b4? I almost did cos it was really cheap less than 1k for a Rinnai and Whirlpool but with slightly defects. Is it advisable to get really old models on display?

Bellano Kitchen Sink

Anyone here heard of Bellano kitchen sinks? I got one over the weekend during a sale and it looks pretty solid with 1.2mm thick (told by salesman). Forgot to ask about the type of SS material and also warranty. But the strainer did mention SUS304# but is it safe to also assume that the sink is the same material? I know the strainer is only an accessory and can be bought elsewhere separately.

I can't seem to find any info on this brand although salesman told me it's from Singapore. Without any info on it, I'm a bit skeptical about the product now. Since I'm undermounting it on a tile countertop, what if got problem with it (rust, leak etc) then I'm in deep trouble.

On the box, it says de'kuche brand but salesman says it's the same from Bellano brand. I know it's my fault for not asking more but my hubby and I was blur already after looking at so many products and design. I actually decided on this sink over Haustern sinks because of its bigger size and thicker.

The dimension is 860x440x230mm and I got it for RM899 (already on sale) + 20% further discount. Any expert out there knows for this price and size, would I have gotten a real quality product or a China-made that pretends to be a high-end wannabe?
