Hi , I going to change a new graphic , but I'm not sure my PSU able to support the graphic card or not ...
This is my spec

PSU : CoolerMaster 360W
Previous Graphic Card : Innov3D 8800GT
Graphic Card going to purchase : Asus or Gigabyte GTS 450
Motherboard : G31
Processor : Intel Core2Duo E7400 2.8GHz
Disk Drive : Samsung DVD
Memory : 2GB X 2 DDR2
Hard Disk : 500GB IDE
USB : 3

I used these combination for 1 and a half year , but recently , my graphic card kaput
Based on the information I get ( source : http://www.gpureview.com/show_cards.php?card1=544&card2=634 ) , GTS 450 maximum power outdraw is 106w while 8800GT is 105w , the different only 1w
But as for GTS 450 , the recommended PSU is at least 450w
I know it is recommended to switch a new PSU , but I do not have enough money for that

Any advice given is appreciated

PC have problem

Yesterday when I play Call of Duty Black Ops , the entire gameplay did not have sound
So I install Direct X redistributable
Nightmare has came , after I install and restart , I cannot reach my dekstop at all , it show black screen
So I format my computer and only install window 7 with chipset driver and graphic driver
Now I can reach my dekstop , but my computer will hang when I tried to open movie files or game
I tried to install different older / newest driver , still no luck
I've done whatever I can ... the problem still persist
any help given will be appreciated

I'm a tenant from a condo , 3 months ago , we applied for streamyx package
We waited for 2 months , did not have any news , eventually , we found out the there is no more port , so we switch to UniFi package
The TM technician came and unable to install it , they said that it is our wire problem , they even show the screenshot
The internet speed at server room is around 14mb/s , but when it comes to our house , it became 2mb/s
The TM people said that the wire is not compatible with UniFi modem because the speed is too low and want us to switch telephone line
We called the management , they checked and found that it did not have any problem
We did not know the exact problem , so we follow TM's recommendation , tell the management to switch the cable
But the management officer said that the line did not have any problem , because every house use the same line
When we insist on switch cable , he said the cost is very high , and refuse to change
My question is
1) Can management officer refuse to change the telephone line ( also known as internal wire ) ?
2) If the management agreed to change telephone line ( internal wire ) , the cost is pay by tenant or management side ?
3) Anyone know what is the problem ? Is it because of telephone line or other factor ?

How to download a MP3

I want to download a mp3 from the website , unfortunately , it's on flash player
Is there any way that I can extract it out and download as .mp3 or .wav format ?

I tried flashsaver , and some flash download program , it just save it as flash file , which I dunno how to manipulate it ( around 100kb size )

I am a STPM student , my result not very good ..
I not sure I should go for TarC or UTar , and I taking Financial Accounting Course

Is Advance Diploma + ACCA cert > Degree ?
Or I just have better go for Utar , take Bachelor --> Degree
If compare to STPM paper , ACCA paper will be way harder ?

Any advice given will be appreciated

Got problem

My PC spec
Processor : Intel Core2Duo 2.8GHz
Graphic Card : Inno3D Nvidia 8800GT
OS : Window XP SP 3
RAM : 4GB DDR2

Before this , I was using Windows 7 RC , since that it is going to expired , so I format my PC and installed Windows XP
Here the problem
I format for the 5th time , but it did not solve this problem
After I format and install Windows XP , I tried to play Call Of Duty 4 and Modern Warfare 2 , it lag like hell
After I adjust graphic settings to the lowest ( Modern Warfare 2 ) , gameplay is smooth , but I encounter slow motion ( not breaching - in game 1sec = real world 3sec )
I play H.A.W.X and Last Remnant ... this 2 games without problem , it is weird ...

I updated my Nvidia driver to the latest , still the same

Any help given will be appreciated

I just bought a wrong fan for my casing , I want to purchase it again , but I don't know which fan I should buy ... help please

VGA : Nvidia 8800GT
Casing : Centurion CAC-T05
Intake : 80 X 80 X 25mm Front Fan , 1800RPM
Exhaust : 120 X 120 X 25mm Rear Fan , 1200RPM

I need to buy front and rear fans ( red coloured )
Er , which fans model I should buy ?

Dial Up 1515 problem

I help my friend format computer , after format , his computer unable to connect due to that error - device is missing
His computer spec
Processor - Pentium D
VGA - X1650 IceQ DDR3
RAM - 512MB
OS - Windows XP , SP 3

He using dial up 1515 , with modem
Before this , he just have to go network connection there , key in his username and password , then can dial up
After freshly reinstall a Windows , it show that " Unavailable - Device is Missing "
He said that the modem did not come along with driver CD
Any solution ?

How to recover a .txt file

When I open a notepad file , I found that the content inside is messed up
It contain Mandarin character , but the moment I open it , it is unreadable , the words are ... weird
I tried to copy all messed words and paste it into new notepad , and save it as Unicode format , but still same
Anyone have any idea to recover it ?

Geforce 8800GT heat sensor

I currently using Nvdia Geforce 8800GT
I tried using SpeedFan , GPU-Z , RivaTuner , CPUID and even NvMonitor
Still , it do not show my VGA temperature
Erm .. any ideas ?

The Fire Engine

A firefighter was working on the engine outside the station, when he noticed a little girl nearby in a little red wagon with little ladders hung off the sides, and a garden hose tightly coiled in the middle.

The girl was wearing a firefighters helmet. The wagon was being pulled by her dog and her cat.

The firefighter walked over to take a closer look.

"That sure is a nice fire truck,"' the firefighter said with admiration.

"Thanks," the girl replied.

The firefighter looked a little closer. The girl had tied the wagon to her dog's collar and to the cat's testicles.

"Little partner," the firefighter said, "I don't want to tell you how to run your rig, but if you were to tie that rope around the cat's collar, I think you could go faster."

The little girl replied thoughtfully, "You're probably right, but then wouldn't have a siren."

Politics through the eyes of a child

A little boy looks up at his father and asks, “Dad, what’s politics?”

Dad says, “Well, son, let me try to explain it to you this way.” I’m the breadwinner of the family, so let’s call me “Capitalism.” Your Mom is the administrator of the household, so we’ll call her “The Government.” We’re here to take care of your needs so we’ll call you “The People.” The nanny works hard all day for very little money so, we’ll consider her “The Working Class.” And your baby brother… we’ll call him “The Future.”

Now, think about that and see if it makes sense. So, the little boy goes off to bed, thinking about what his Dad has said. Later that night he hears his baby brother crying so he gets up to check on him. He finds that the baby has severely soiled his diaper.

So the little boy goes to his parents’ room and finds his mother sound asleep. Not wanting to wake her, he goes to the nanny’s room. Finding the door locked, he peeks through the keyhole and sees his father in bed with the Nanny. He gives up and goes back to bed.

The next morning, the little boy says to his father, “Dad, I think I understand the concept of politics now.” The father says, “Good son, tell me in your own words, what you think politics is about.”

The little boy replies, “Well, while Capitalism is screwing the Working Class, the Government is sound asleep, the People are being ignored, and the Future stinks.
