Delay job offer commencement date

Hi guys.

I'm a fresh grad, was just hired by a company who proposed that I start in early September.

My convocation is at the end of September, so I asked to delay commencement until October. The HR said okay.

But is it ethical or appropriate? Does it send bad signs to the employer?

Yesterday I had a graphics card issue in Photoshop so I used driver sweeper to remove the graphic's driver. That resulted in my laptop showing a blue screen and was unable to boot. Later, I refreshed my laptop.

Then today I found this issue. I can't even google this up.

Here, the black space appears momentarily when the app first loads. Usually it's white.

I updated the Intel HD 4000 and 8730 drivers just today. I am afraid to unisntall the AMD drivers again. I can't.

Where can I find polis malaysia wanted list online? I googled for it but the links were dead. Any other sources?

I just sold a car to someone. He gave me a banker's cheque (Maybank). I went to cash in in my bank (PublicBank). Go there, the machine don't accept, and when ask the worker, they said maybe the texture of the cheque not same. Usually cheque is paper but mine is plasticky.

So I googled this guy's name and ic, it appeared in PDRM's orang dikehendaki list. I tried to open the link but I don't know if it's confirmed.

So I called up maybank, they said only the bank issuing the cheque can verify the legitimacy of the cheque.
I asked my dad to call the buyer to confirm this, according to my dad the buyer confirmed this.

I got the cached copy of the page. IC number is the same.

Problem : PC randomly reboot quite often in the past month. Last week it went on an infinite boot loop and had to send to computer shop. Computer technician suspect PC didn't turn off properly, which is true since it has been randomly rebooting. Other than that everything else is fine. I ran hard disk checking on my c drive but there were no errors to be found.

The first time this reboot happened was immediately after I plugged in a set of new speakers last month. So when the boot loop happened this morning, I unplugged the speaker wire off my tower and it managed to boot successfully. When I plugged in the wire again, the computer rebooted.

What should I be doing?

Speaker : Altec Lansing vs2621

Turns out, I used the wrong electric cable for my CPU tower. I had accidentally switched the monitor's cable and the PSU cable. Switched them back and it was good.

My friend wants to upgrade his 3 year old desktop with around 1k.
His major concern with his comp is that it's quite laggy and he complains that he is facing a lot of freezes. His computer technician also told him his mobo sudah mau kaput so he's thinking of changing that.

Since he's on a tight budget, what can he keep and what could be changed?
He said that his main uses are iTunes, MS Office and Photoshop.
